No. Start with the area taking up the most time. We can discuss a focused project or recurring support and agree on a scope.
Can we work remotely?
Yes. We enjoy providing remote services through online tools and phone conversations. We’re based in Edmonton, and office meetings can be arranged.
How much does support cost?
Pricing depends on the work, volume and frequency. We discuss your resources and agree on pricing before work begins. No fixed packages are advertised here.
Does Blue Elephant replace my accountant?
No. We support the everyday work and can help organise information for your adviser. We are not authorised to provide professional accounting services and can refer you to reliable firms on request.
Can I use a client portal?
A portal is planned for a later phase. It is not available yet. Communication and document sharing arrangements are agreed during onboarding.
